Browsing and statistics

To deliver pages and protect the website, hosting systems may process technical connection data such as IP address, browser details, request time and the page requested. ChatGPT Sites provides traffic statistics such as visits and page views. We use this information to run and secure the website and understand its overall use. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Search Console provides information about the website's performance in search results. We have not added Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising scripts to the website.

When you contact us

The Contact form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit the message to the website's server or store it in a website database. You can review or copy it, or open your email app. We receive your name, email address, message and any optional details only if you send the email from your account. Required fields help identify and answer your enquiry; company and phone are optional.

We use emails to respond and handle any follow-up. If your enquiry concerns a potential agreement, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically trigger promotional messages.

Service providers and recipients

OpenAI hosts the website through ChatGPT Sites. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Authorised team members managing the website and enquiries, and technical providers as needed to deliver their services, may have access to the relevant data. We do not sell contact details received through the website.

Retention and international processing

Emails and related details are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any ensuing relationship. If legal obligations or legal claims apply, retention follows those needs. Technical data is retained under the operation and security settings of the services used. You can email us for the criteria relevant to your case.

The technology services used may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. ChatGPT Sites does not guarantee EU data residency. For information about safeguards applicable to the providers in this case, contact the controller at the address above.

Photographs and your rights

The Gallery includes race photographs that may show people. If a photograph concerns you and you wish to ask about it, request a correction or seek removal, email info@bigteaminn.com and identify the image.

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Email info@bigteaminn.com to exercise your rights.
